In bringing over 30 years of experience and knowledge in new home construction, Bill Moore created a vision and business plan built on the principles of Quality, Integrity, and Innovation. His background as a CPA (licensed – Alabama) and previous executive roles as Chief Financial Officer and Division President at national and private residential builders, has allowed him to create a home building experience that is consistent in its quality and care to every buyer.

Since beginning his tenure with Viera Builders in 2008, Chris has utilized his 25 years of experience in home building and operational oversight of departments in Purchasing, Architecture, Customer Care, Community Planning and Project Management. His implementation of a construction building process which focuses on overall quality and customer satisfaction continues to play an integral role in our company’s growth and conceptual architectural design and development of product and community planning.

Having lived in Brevard for over 30 years he has a unique insight into the area he serves. While tony have a vast knowledge of new home construction and a strong work ethic it is his desire to serve his customer and be a part of their successful home buying experience that brings him the greatest satisfaction.

Ian brings his friendly demeanor and over 15 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, and Management to Viera Builders. Since joining our Sales Team in 2010, his enthusiasm and outgoing personality combined with his ability to conceptualize architectural design and community planning of new home products, ensures the utmost professional yet personal experience to every buyer.

Trevor Lewis

Vice President of Operations

After earning his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Central Florida, Trevor became interested in residential home building while researching the purchase of his first home. His diverse background in home building includes beginning as a Superintendent to managing various departments such as Warranty, Customer Care, and Purchasing. Currently, he oversees the Closing and Purchasing departments, in addition to management of daily operations. In utilizing his vast experience, he is instrumental in executing community and land development planning for the company’s long term growth.
