Viera’s newest neighborhood is Pangea Park in Central Viera. The community has four new models under construction. We sat down with Mary Mead, SVP of Sales and Marketing to ask her a few questions about Viera’s newest neighborhood.

What will the neighborhood architectural style be? We are delighted to showcase three new distinctive elevations for Pangea Park: Craftsman, Modern Coastal and Farmhouse, featuring elements like traditional Craftsman-styled columns, board & batten, plank siding, Bahama shutters, modern brick and metal accent roofs. 

What can our readers expect to see that is unique for this neighborhood? We partnered with the architectural powerhouse team at Housing Design Matters, residential experts, and we challenged them to offer fresh elevations and design solutions for our shifting market where working from home was becoming the norm, and every corner provided the opportunity to incorporate timesaving solutions. We’ll offer Unique Flex options like the Power Pantry, a second prep space allowing your kitchen counters to be clutter-free, to Parcel Delivery spaces that keep your home deliveries high & dry. You’ll find Florida Mud Rooms, wine niches, gourmet kitchens, and extra-large lanais to be only a few of the new design features in Pangea Park.  

How many homes will be available? Pangea Park will be the most ambitious of all the Viera Builders communities with 678 homes, featuring seven different collections.
