The Santa Rosa house plan is the best floor plan out of all of your plans. Viera Builders are the best builders, I can tell for the warranty they offer. For Santa Rosa, all the space is divided in equal area, which made it comfortable and impressive for the people who visit our home. We feel that we have not made any mistake in choosing Viera Builders home when you compare it with other builders. Great work and efficiency for all the people who work for Viera Builders. One thing I regret of my move in…Viera Builders gave me this enormous gift basket…so big I took Paul back to their office to get it…it was so heavy. Unbelievable basket. We tore into it so fast…then it was an afterthought to take a pic…But seriously, thank you Viera Builders for doing such a magnificent job on my new place!
