Our Homeowners, Employees, and Trade Partners safety continues to be our Number One Priority at Viera Builders. As we manage our way through COVID-19, we felt it was important to let you know that starting immediately we will be suspending all Non-Emergency Customer Service visits for a period of 30 days.
Nothing is more important than health and safety, therefore, for Emergency Warranty requests we will be asking our Homeowners the following questions:
- Have you or another resident of your home recently traveled to an area with local spread of COVID-19?
- Have you come into close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has a laboratory confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the past 14 days?
- Do you have a fever (greater than 100.4 F or 38.0 C) OR symptoms of lower respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing?
