VIERA BUILDERS HOLIDAY DÉCOR CONTEST RULES

FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM 

1. The promoter is Viera Builders, Inc. whose registered office is at 7380 Murrell Road Ste 202, Melbourne, FL 32940.

2. The contest is open to owners and residents of a Viera Builders home aged 21 years or over except employees of The Viera Company, Viera Builders, and The Viera Institute and their close family relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the contest.

3. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta and/or its companies, including Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Viera Builders and not to any other party. 

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.

5. By entering this contest an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7. The closing date for entry will be 11/27/23 for the Thanksgiving décor photo and 12/31/23 for the Christmas Decoration photo. After this date, no further entries to the contest will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The contest submission criteria are as follows:

The entrant must be following @Viera Builders on Facebook/Instagram in order to enter.

The contest consists of original photo submissions of Thanksgiving table decorations in any home built by Viera Builders and/or outside Christmas decorations affixed to any home and in the yard of any home built by Viera Builders. 

The photos will be submitted on the Viera Builders Facebook and Instagram account pages. Followers of the Viera Builders Facebook and Instagram pages will be allowed to vote on the top three photos entered in each category. 

Winners will be chosen as a result of a popular vote conducted via measured recorded and verified votes on Facebook and/or Instagram by Viera Builders and or its agents.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12- The prizes are as follows: 

A $150 Gift Card to Urban Prime for the Thanksgiving table décor and a $150 Gift Card for Urban Prime for the exterior Christmas decorations. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Florida law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Florida and United States data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

21. Viera Builders will review the votes and decide on the winner of each category.

22. Viera Builder’s decision as to winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

23. Viera Builders shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

24. Viera Builders also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
